RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

This Right of Withdrawal Policy explains the rights available to consumers purchasing Products through
www.revvdreset.com.
This Policy should be read together with our:
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights granted under Swedish or European Union consumer
protection legislation.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing Products through the Website may have a statutory right to withdraw from their
purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the Customer, or a person designated by the
Customer, receives the Product.
Where multiple Products are delivered separately as part of a single Order, the withdrawal period
generally begins when the final Product is received.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise withdrawal rights, Customers should notify REVVD LLC before the withdrawal period
expires.

The notification should include:
full name;
order number;
contact information;
clear statement indicating the wish to withdraw from the purchase.
No specific wording is required provided the intention to withdraw is clear.

3. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
After notifying REVVD LLC of the decision to withdraw, Customers should return the Product without
undue delay.

Customers should package Products appropriately to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

4. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Customers may inspect Products to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
However, Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what
is reasonably necessary to examine the Product.
Returned Products should, where reasonably possible:
include original packaging;
include supplied accessories;
include relevant documentation.

5. REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL
Where withdrawal rights are exercised validly, REVVD LLC will generally refund payments received for
the relevant Products.
Refunds may include applicable standard delivery charges where required by law.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used during the original transaction
unless otherwise agreed.

6. REFUND TIMING
REVVD LLC will process refunds within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, REVVD LLC may delay a refund until:
returned Products have been received; or
satisfactory evidence of return has been provided.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Certain Products or circumstances may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted under
applicable law.
Such exceptions may include:
Products that have been opened where health protection or hygiene considerations prevent resale;
Products customized or personalized for a Customer;
Products otherwise excluded under applicable consumer legislation.
Any applicable exclusions will be identified where required.

8. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
This Policy does not replace rights relating to:
damaged Products;
defective Products;
incorrect Orders;
statutory consumer guarantees.

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing contained in this Policy limits:
statutory withdrawal rights;
statutory refund rights;
statutory complaint rights;
mandatory consumer protections.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION
REVVD LLC reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests where reasonably
necessary to:
confirm identity;
confirm Order ownership;
prevent fraud;
prevent abuse.
Such verification shall be conducted reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

11. POLICY CHANGES
REVVD LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy from time to time.
Changes may occur due to:

regulatory changes;
operational requirements;
